Mr. Himatlal. T. Gosalia, the founding partner had spent nearly 60 years in nurturing the values of the organization. The Gosalia family owns 100% of the partnership firm. Mr. Rajesh H. Gosalia, the CEO has been in the business for the past 25 years. The company is in the safe hands of its 42 employees who have a large say in running of the concern, primarily as the company is an AEO.
It is precisely this management- employee relationship strength that the company was able to weather the nearly 45% decline in volumes during the financial crisis of the 4th quarter 2008/1st quarter of 2009 without incurring losses, as also the pandemic.
